Sensual Things offers return for store credit ONLY. Our policy lasts 7 days . You have 7 days from the time you have received your item to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit/exchange, all exchanges must be authorized by emailing email@example.com and must be sent within 7 days Someone will return a follow up email Monday - Friday between the hours of 9AM - 5PM (ET). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ship the items in unworn, unaltered condition with all tags attached to:

Accessories, sale items and purchases made with a discount code are all final sale and may not be returned. Again, Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE ONLY. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale merchandise. If we receive return of sale merchandise it will be shipped back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within two weeks.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
